Over the years my writing has largely stayed hidden. My husband had forbidden me to write, telling me I needed his permission. So, I wrote and published under the pen name Iris Martin.

It hasn’t been until the last year when I began to break free, that I felt comfortable sharing my writing. At first, I showed my pieces to a small, entrusted group of friends who knew about my life. But NOW, I finally have found the courage to share my voice with the world, and I have chosen to share it with you.
